Data processed and purposes

Personal data provided voluntarily through the contact form (full name, email address, content of the message) and through booking a video call (full name, email address, any telephone number, chosen date and time) are processed solely to respond to the data subject's request and to organise the meeting. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Browsing data (IP addresses, technical logs) are processed for the security and proper functioning of the website, on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Methods and retention

Processing is carried out with IT tools and appropriate security measures. Data from contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle the request and for any legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

Disclosure of data

Data are not disseminated or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. They are processed, on behalf of the Controller and as data processors, by the providers of the technical services needed for the website and for handling requests:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting;
  • n8n GmbH (Germany) — receiving and routing requests sent through the contact form;
  • HighLevel Inc. (United States) — contact management (CRM) and calendar for booking video calls (LeadConnector platform);
  • SiteGround Spain S.L. (Spain) — email;
  • Google LLC (United States) — video calls via Google Meet.

For providers based in the United States, data are transferred outside the European Union on the basis of the safeguards set out in arts. 45-46 GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision for participating providers and/or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission). A copy of the safeguards can be requested by writing to info@iconicoriginal.it.

Rights of the data subject

Under arts. 15-22 GDPR, the data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@iconicoriginal.it. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
